Questions, answered
Hump Day Hook Up FAQs.
Can I Book The Hump Day Hook Up In Advance?
Yes. You can book an eligible Wednesday hire ahead of time through the JD Trailer Hire online booking system. Simply select your trailer and check the available Wednesday times.
What If My Booking Starts Before Wednesday?
The Hump Day Hook Up is for eligible bookings that start and finish on Wednesday. A booking that begins on another day would not meet the Wednesday-only requirement.
What If I Need The Trailer Past 6 PM On Wednesday?
JD Trailer Hire closes at 6 PM, so if you need the trailer beyond 6 PM on Wednesday, the booking will need to extend overnight. Because the Hump Day Hook Up only applies to hires that start and finish on Wednesday, the 10% discount will be removed.
How Do I Know Which Wednesday Times Are Available?
Current availability is shown through the JD Trailer Hire online booking system. Choose your trailer, select Wednesday and you’ll be able to see the available hire times before booking.
Where Will I See The Discount?
For an eligible Hump Day Hook Up booking, the Wednesday discount is applied through the booking system so you can see your pricing as you complete your booking.
Can I Still Use My Returning Customer Discount?
Yes. Returning customers can enter their existing returning customer discount code for a further 5% off an eligible Wednesday hire.
Can I Extend My Wednesday Booking?
You can extend your booking where availability allows, but if the extension takes the hire overnight beyond Wednesday, the 10% Hump Day Hook Up discount will be removed.
Is Wednesday Availability Guaranteed?
No. Trailer availability depends on existing bookings, so if you already know you’ll need a trailer on Wednesday, checking and booking online early is the best way to secure your preferred time.
