- Replacement vehicle hire (trailer)
- Emergency accommodation for the driver and up to four passengers while the trailer is being repaired

Important Information
Roadside assistance is provided through NRMA Business Absolute Roadside Assistance and is intended to assist with eligible incidents involving the hired trailer. It is not a general roadside assistance policy for the towing vehicle.
Where an eligible trailer-related breakdown occurs, certain benefits under the Major Breakdown Benefit may also extend to the occupants of the towing vehicle such as basic accommodation for the driver and up to 4 occupants whilst they await the repair of the trailer where available under the NRMA Business Absolute Roadside Assistance program.
All roadside assistance services are subject to NRMA’s eligibility criteria, terms, conditions and service availability. Additional charges may be payable where assistance is required due to misuse, negligence, overloading, incorrect loading, unlawful use or damage caused by the Hirer and are determined at the time by NRMA and charged by JD Trailer Hire to the Hirer accordingly.
