Schedule A – Fees, Charges & Damage Costs
JD Trailer Hire – Fee Schedule
The following fees and charges may apply during or after the rental period and form part of the Rental Contract.
JD Trailer Hire reserves the right to update this Schedule from time to time.
1. Cleaning Fees

| Concrete, soil, paint, chemicals or hazardous material cleaning | Actual cleaning cost plus administration fee |
2. Late Return Fees

| Returned more than 30 minutes late | Additional rental charges may apply |
| Returned more than 24 hours late | Daily rental rate plus 25% surcharge per day |
| Failure to return trailer | Recovery, towing and loss of use costs apply |
3. Recovery & Repossession Fees

4. Toll, Fine & Administration Fees

5. Damage & Replacement Charges
The renter is responsible for all damage occurring during the rental period beyond fair wear and tear.
JD Trailer Hire insures its trailers for its own protection and does not provide or guarantee insurance to the renter. Whether its insurance covers a claim, extends any protection to the renter, or creates any liability for its insurer to pay is assessed and determined by the insurer, not JD Trailer Hire, under its policy and applicable law. The renter should consider arranging suitable insurance for the hire. See clause 11 of the Rental Terms & Conditions.

6. Loss of Use
Where a trailer is damaged, stolen or unavailable due to damage caused during the rental period, JD Trailer Hire may charge loss of use at the applicable daily rental rate until repairs or replacement are completed.
7. Payment Authority
By hiring a trailer, you authorise JD Trailer Hire to charge your nominated payment method for any amounts payable under the Rental Contract, including fees listed in this Schedule.
