1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the JD Trailer Hire Weekend Warrior Pass.
1.2 Purchase of a Weekend Warrior Pass constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 All trailer hires remain subject to the standard JD Trailer Hire rental agreement in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
1.4 All pass pricing and inclusions are based on use of the JD Trailer Hire 3.5T Premium Tilting Car Trailer fleet.
1.5 In the event a 3.5T Premium Tilting Car Trailer is unavailable for a requested booking period, the renter may elect to accept use of an available lowered tier trailer as an alternative, subject to availability and suitability for the intended use.
1.6 Acceptance of an alternative lowered tier trailer is entirely at the renter’s discretion and no refund, credit or compensation will apply where the renter elects to proceed with an alternative trailer option.
1.7 Weekend Warrior Passes are not redeemable in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, credit or returning customer discount unless expressly approved in writing by JD Trailer Hire.
1.8 Returning customer discounts do not apply to the purchase price of the Weekend Warrior Pass or to bookings redeemed using Weekend Warrior Pass inclusions.
2. Pass Inclusions
2.1 The Weekend Warrior Pass includes four (4) individual 24-hour trailer hires.
2.2 The pass is structured as:
Buy 3 × 24 Hour Hires
Receive 1 × 24 Hour Hire Free
2.3 Each included hire is valid for one standard 24-hour hire period only.
2.4 Additional time beyond the included 24-hour hire period will incur standard JD Trailer Hire rates.
2.5 Maximum of one Weekend Warrior Pass redemption may be used per booking unless otherwise approved by JD Trailer Hire.
3. Pass Validity
3.1 All Weekend Warrior Passes are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.2 Expired or unused hires are forfeited and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
4. Booking & Availability
4.1 All hires are strictly subject to trailer availability at the time of booking.
4.2 Purchase of a Weekend Warrior Pass does not guarantee trailer availability for any specific dates, weekends, events or holiday periods.
4.3 Customers are encouraged to book in advance during peak periods.
4.4 JD Trailer Hire reserves the right to limit pass redemptions during high-demand periods.
5. Bonds, Damage & Liability
5.1 Standard security bonds apply to all hires.
5.2 Customers remain fully responsible for any loss, damage, misuse, cleaning fees, infringements or recovery costs arising during the hire period.
5.3 The Weekend Warrior Pass does not reduce or remove any obligations under the standard JD Trailer Hire rental agreement.
6. Transfers & Resale
6.1 Weekend Warrior Passes are transferable only with prior written approval from JD Trailer Hire.
6.2 JD Trailer Hire reserves the right to refuse transfers at its discretion.
6.3 Passes may not be resold commercially without written permission.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 All Weekend Warrior Pass purchases are non-refundable.
7.2 Unused hires are not redeemable for cash.
7.3 Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings made using the Weekend Warrior Pass.
8. Changes & Termination
8.1 JD Trailer Hire reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2 JD Trailer Hire reserves the right to cancel or suspend passes where fraudulent activity, misuse or breach of hire conditions is identified.
8.3 Any cancellation or suspension under this clause may occur without refund.
